The Bridge is a 2.5-hour embodied workshop exploring the space between connection and communication.



Through breath, sharing circles, connection game, and authentic communication practices, we will explore how truth moves from body to voice.



🌿 Experience:

– Breath and awareness practices for self-regulation

– Connection games that deepen presence and trust

– Authentic communication tools for honest dialogue

– A safe atmosphere to practice active listening and expression
